Custom or personalized orders are non refundable. Although items damaged in shipping can be remade, within 15 days items may be returned (customer pays return shipping to be remade). Picture of damaged package and product upon delivery is required. Use of any photos received from the customers are for advertising purposes only. May be with or without the customer present in the photograph.
